BY-LAWS
92-216 being a by-law to authorize a contract between
Dundas Power Line Ltd., in respect to the Street
Smart Lighting Program for the Town of Newcastle;
92-217 being a by-law to authorize the entering into an
agreement with Kiddicorp Investments Limited the
owner of Plan of Subdivision 18T-90010 and the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle in respect of
Plan 18T-90010 (Approved by Council July 27/92).

92-198 being a by-law to stop-up and close and authorize
the sale of part of the unopened road allowance
between Lots 32 and 33, Concession 6, former
Township of Clarke, Town of Newcastle, Parts 1
