Whereas The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
Township of Clarke deems it advisable to amend By-Law Number
1653 as amended.
NOW E, pureuaat to the provisions of The Planning
Act, 8.5.0., 1970, Chapter 3l~9, with amendments thereto, the
Munidpal Council of the Corporation of Thy Township of Clarke
ENACTS as follows:.
(1) That the use of the lands as illustrated on IKap 1 of
Schedule A to By-Law Number 1653 be amended by
changing the said use to "88" and the zone symbol of
the lands so designated on Schedule "B83" attached
hereto shall illustrate. and define the lands so affected.
(2) This By-Law shall become effective upon the day it is
approved by the Ontario Municipal Board.
