The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Clarke,
in accordance with the provisions of The Planning Act, R.S.O.,
1970, and amendments thereto, hereby enacts as follows:
1. The Official Plan of the Clarke Planning Area,oom-
priaing the attached Schedule and explanatory text,
which has been recommended by the Clarke Planning
Board, is hereby adopted.
2. The Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to make
application to the Treasurer of Ontario and Minister
of Economics and Intergovernmental A~ffaira for the
approval of this Official Plan of the Clarke Planning
Area.
3. Thin By-Law shall not come into force or take effect
until approved by the Treasurer of Ontario and Minister
of Economics and Intergovernmental Affairs.
