Township of Clarke deems it advisable to amend By-Law l~tsmber 1653
as amended.
p'pw T the Manicipal Covmcil of the Corporation of the
Township of Clarke BMACTS as followss
1. That By-Law 1731 be and is hereby repealed.
2. That Map 2 of Schedule "A" of By-Law Humber 1653 be
amended by ahaagin8 to "OS-2" the cone symbol of the
leads so designated on Schedule "OS-2" attached hereto.
3. That Section 9 of By-Law Member 1653 be amended by
adding thereto the following eubseotions
"9.3 s~CIaL psovlsloas
(b) Concession 3, Lot 6a OS-2
In addition to the provisions referred to
in Seotion 9, subsections 1 and 2 hereof,
the land designated Os-2 on Schedule "OS-2"
hereto attaohed shall be snb3ect to the
following conditioass
The laa8 shall be used for nD other parposes
than those shows oa Schedxil.e "CS-2".
4. This By-Law eha11 becoae effective on the date hereof
subject to receiving the approval of the Mario Meoicipal
Board.
