WHEREnS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Clarke deems it advisable to amend By-Law No. 1653
as amended.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Clarke ENACTS ~S FOLLOWS:
1. That Map 1 of Schedule "!l" of By-Law No. 1653 be amended
by changing to RR-1 the zone symbol of the lands so
designated on Schedule 'TY" hereto attached.
2. That Section 5 of By-Law No, 1653 be amended by adding
thereto the following subsection:
5.3 SPECIAL PROVISIONS
(a) Forced Road RR-1
In addition to the provisions as referred to in
Section 5, subsections 1 and 2 hereof, the land
so designated RR-1 on Schedule "Y" as hereto
attached shall be subject to the following
conditions:
No person shall within an RR-1 zone erect any
building or structure or remove or place fill
of any kind below the top of the bank or
within t~nty~~3ve~et (25 ~ ) of the top of the bank
as shown on Schedule ~'Y" h.ereto attached.
3. This By-Law shall become effective on the date hereof subject
to receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.

UPON THE APPLICATION of The Corporation of the Town-
ship of Clarke, upon consideration of the material filed,
and it appearing that notice of application has been
given as directed by the. Board and that no objections
to approval have been received by the clerk of the applicant
corporation, as appears by affidavit filed;
THE BOARD ORDERS, under and in pursuance of the
legislation hereinbefore referred to, and of any and
all other powers vested in the Board, that By-law 1729
passed the 7th day of March, 1972 be and the same is
hereby approved.
