HomeMy WebLinkAbout1730A By-law to amend By-law 1653. WHERE~-S the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Clarke deems it advisable to amend By-Law No. 1653 as amended. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Clarke ENNCTS ~S FOLLOWS: 1. That Map 2 of Schedule k'~" of By-i.aw No. 1653 be amended by changing to RR-2 the zone symbol of the lands so designated on Schedule "RR-2~t hereto attached. 2. That Section 5 of By~Law No. 1653 be amended by adding thereto the following subsection: 5.3 SPECIAL PROVISIONS (b) King's Highway No. 2 RR-2 ._...- In addition to the provisions as referred to in Section 5, subsections 1 and 2 hereof, the land so designated RR-2 on Schedule 1tRR"2'~ hereto attached, shall be subject to the following condition: No person shall within an RR~~ zone erect any building or structure within the area shown as ~~RESTRICTED BUILDING AREA" on Schedule frRR~2~' hereto attached. 3. This By-Law shall become effective on the date hereof subject to receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. Read a first and second time this 7th day of March 1972.
