NOW THEREFORE the municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Clarke ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That map 2 of Schedule "A" of By-Law No. 1653 be amended
by changing to OS_2 the zone symbol of the lands so
designated on Schedule "OS-2" hereto attached.
2. That Section 9 of By-Law No. 1653 be amended by adding
thereto the following subsection:
9. SPECIAL PROVISIONS
(b) Concession 3, Lot 6, OS-2.
In addition to the provisions as referred to
in Section 9, subsection 1 and 2 hereof, the
land so designated OS-2 on Schedule "OS-2"
hereto attached, shall be subject to the
following conditions:
No person shall within an OS-2 zone erect any
building or structure within the area shown as
"RESTRICTED BUILDING AREA" on Schedule "OS-2"
hereto attached.
3. This By-Law shall become effective on the date hereof subject
to receiving the approval of the Ontariom/unicipal Board.
