Being a By•Law to close certain road
ellowances and certain parts of road
allowances in the Township of Clarke.
1. The unopened road alloti•ance between Lots~10 and 11 in the sixth
Concession of the Township of Clarke, County of Dur:aam, extend~,ng
from the southerly limit of the said Sixth Concessi~~n to the
northerly limit thereof.
2. The unopanod road allok=once between Lot~a 30 and 31 :i.n the Ninth
Concession of the Township of Clarke, County of Durham, extending
frons the southerly limit of the said Ztinth Concession to the
northerly limit thereof.
3. That portion of the Road Allowance between Concession 7 and $, in '
the Township of Clarke, County of Durham from the westerly limit of
Lot 35. Concession 7 easterly fora distance of Four Hundred and
Thirteen feat (k13t) more or le$s on the northerly 7.imit of Lot 35,
Concession 7 s,nd a distance of Three Hundred and Se~•enty-seven and
Nineteen ono~hundredtha feet (337.190 from the westerly limit of
Lot 3S, Concession 8 on the southerly limit of~the .laid Lot 35,
