7. The said Medical Officer of Health shall cause the proposed septic tank
establishment to be inspected as soon after receiving the said form as is
conveniently possible and shall in due course advise the owner, occupier
or person who intends to do the work or cause it to be done; provided,
however, that nothing in this BJ-Law shall relieve any person from the
necessity of obtaining the approval in writing of the,
of Health before establishing a septic tank as require
