Be Lt Enacted as a By-Law of the Cou
Corporation of The Township of Clarke as
1. The Treasurer of the Township of Clarke be and
is hereby authorized and shall add to the amount of
all taxes due and unpaid interest at the rate of 1
per cent per month or fraction thereof from the 31st
day of December in the year in which the taxes were
levied until the taxes are paid, effective and commencing
on the first day of July 1970.
2. By~Law No. 1565 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Read a first and second time this 2nd day of June 1970.
