Whereas Section 215 of The Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1.960,
Chapter 24q. aithori?es the Council of a municipality to
appoint a Clerk,
Therefore the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Clarke enacts as follows:
1. That Henry De~Vith be and is hereby appointed Clerk
for the Corporation of the Township of Clarke as of
~?un ~ 3 , 1969 .
2. That the said Henry DeWith shall perform all the
duties to re performed by a. Clerk under statutory
authority, and shall perform. such other duties as
may be assigned to him from time to time by Council.
3, That the said Henry De'~:~1ith shall. he paid a sum per
annum, payable bi-weekly, expressed by resolution
of the said Council.
t~, That By~Law No. 1629 he and is hereh~y repealed.
