into an Agreement for the preparation of a report, bein=~
a study of the develop-Went and improvement of the road
system. of this municipality;
T?ov~ Therefore the 1~?unicipal Council of the Corporation
of the Tou-nshi.p of Clarke enacts as follows:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be and are hereby authorized
by this Ccuncil to sign and seal an Agreement dated
this Math day of October , 196, bet~~~een HER P~IAJESTY
THE QUEEN i_n right of the Province of Ontario, as
represented by the D"mister of Highways .for Ontario,
and the Corporation of the Toga*nshi.p of_ Clarke, as
represented by the Reeve and Clerk.
