~HE'REAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township
of Clarke deems it expedient to establish afire district;
N0~1 THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of The
Township of Clarke ENACTS as follows:
(1) THAT the area described as being within the limits of
the Township of Clarke be and is hereby established as a fire
district;
(2) THAT the above desoribed lands within the limits of
the Township of Clarke be and they are hereby constituted as 'The
Township of Clarke Fire District.
