WHEREAS notice of intention to pass this by-law was
publishes once a week Por at least Pour successive weeks in
the Orono Weekly 'Times and was posted up Por at least one
month in sia oP the most public places in the immediate
neighbourhood oP each of the said road allowances or parts
oP road allowances hereby affected as required by the pro-
vi si ons oP The Municipal Act
AND WHEREAS Council has received no objections from
persons claiming that their land would be prejudicially
affected by the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council oP the Corporation
of the Township oP Clarke ENACTS AS FOLLOWS;
1. THAT all those road allowances anal parts of road allow-
ances in the Township oP Clarke described in Schedule "A"
and forming part of this by-law be and the same are hereby
stopped up.

SCHEDULE "A"
1. The Road Allowance between Lots 8 & 9 in the Eighth Concession of the
Township of Clarke, County of Durham, being the north 1412 Peet
southerly of the said northerly boundary.
2. The Road Allowance between Lots 24 & 25 in the Fourth Concession of
the Township of Clarke, County of Durham, extending from the south-
erly limit of the said Fourth Concession to the northerly limit thereof.
3. The Road Allowance between Lots 34 do 35 in the Tenth Concession of
the Township of Clarke, County of Durham, extending from the south-
erly limit of the said Tenth Concession to the northerly limit thereof.
4. The Road Allowance between Lots 6 & '] in the First Concession of the
Township of Clarke, County of Durham, extending from the southerly
limit of the said First Concession to the southerly limit of Kings
Highway No. 401.
5. The Road Allowance bewteen Concession 8 8c 9 abutting on Lots 7 & 8 of
the Township of Clarke, County of Durham.
