AREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The Town-
ship of Clarke deems it advisable to amend By-Law No. 1479 Rhich
By-Law has been duly passed but not yet approved by The Ontario
Municipal Board.
NORf THEREFORE The A9lznicipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Clarke enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-Law No. 1479 be and the same is hereby amended by adding
to the end oP Section 3, the following:
"(b) (viii) Lot 12, Block 5 in the Police Village of
Orono die ng art of Lot , Concession 5.
(i) Notwithstanding any provisions of this By-Law to the con-
trary, Lot 12, Block 5 in the Police Village of Orono being
Part Township Lot 28, Concession 5, desoribed in paragraph
(ii) below, may be used for the purpose of a commercial
building for the manufacture and sale of doughnuts and
associated bakery products.
(ii) The lands referred to in paragraph (i) are as desoribed
as follows:
A11 and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Village of Orono,
Township of Clarke, County of Durham, and being composed
of the whole of Lot Numb®r 12 in Block 5 lying on the
westerly side of Mill Street according to the plan of the
said Village of Orono made by C. G. Nanning, P.L.S., and
filed in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of
the Test Riding of the County of Durham."
2. This By-Law shall take effect on the day it is approved by
The Ontario Municipal Board.
