10. There an entrance culvert is, or appears to be, required
the Building Inspector of the Township of Clarke shall not issue
a building permit to an applicant until he has received a copy of
the Entrance Culvert Application and Mork prder duly completed.
11. Any person who contravenes any provision of this By-law
shall. upon conviction be liable to a penalty not eaeeeding ~140.C4
recoverable under The 9vmmary Qonvictions Act.
