owners of the Wilmot Creek Development provide service for
their residents by means of a set of three (3) igloos.
2.3 .Durham Region pays the collection costs for the existing Blue
Box and Igloo Programs. The processing costs are paid by the
area municipalities.

the rural areas is $266,000.
2.5 If Durham Region picks up the costs for the Blue Box Program
in the rural areas,. they will receive a one-third (1/3)

by area municipalities it is questionnable as to whether or
not it will be subsidized.

for the extension of the Blue Box service to the rural areas
of Clarington.
