The ~~oad allowance between Lots 34 and 35 in the r"ifth Concession of the `t'ownship of Clarke extending from the southerly limit of the said Fifth concession to the northerly limit thereof; 2. The Road allowance between Lots 34 and 35 in the Ninth Concession of the Townshi~o of Clarke extending from the southerly limit of the said Ninth concession to the northerly limit thereof; 3. `t'he Road Allowance between the ighth and Ninth Concession of the Township of Clarke extending from the present easterly limit Provincial Highway No. 35 and 115 to the production southerly of the easterly limit of Lot No. 23 in the said Ninth Concession; 4. Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 12 and 13 in the First Concession of the Township of Clarke extending from the present southerly boundary of Provincial Highwe~p No. 401 to the southerly boundary of the said First Concession; 5. Part of the Hoad Allowance between Lots 28 and 29 in the Fourth Concession of the Township of Clarke more particularly described as follows; AhL ~ SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate lying and being in the Township of Clarloe, County of Durham and Province of Ontario being composed of part of the Road allowance lying between Lots 28 and 29 in the Fourth Concession of said 't'ownship and part of the said Lot 28, said parcel or tract being more particularly described as follows; C CING dT A POINT IN THE Er~STEl~'I,Y LIMIT OF Sr,ID LOT 29, said point being distant north 17 degrees 36 minutes s'dest in said limit 1096 feet from its intersection with a post and wire fence being the line between the North Half and the South Half of said Lot 29 as shown on Highway Plan X16260 deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the~'est Riding of the said County; THENCE South 58 degrees Ol minutes East 7 feet 10 inches; THENCE South 62 degrees 18 minutes East 14 feet 1~2 inch; THENCE South 67 degrees 51 minutes East. 12 feet 2 inches; THENCE South ?6 degrees 53 minutes East 17 feet 3 inches; THENCE South 89 degrees 36 minutes East 22 feet 7 inches; THE6TCE North 87 degrees 44 minutes East 11 feet 8 inches to a point in a curve running south-easterly and is distant westerly 75 feet from the centre of the pavement of Provincial Highway X35 as shoarn on said Highway Plan.
