once a week for at least four successive weeks in the Crono ~+eekly
`l'imes and was posted up for at least one month in sig of the most
public places in the immediate neighbourhood of each of the said
road allo.~ances or parts of road allowances hereby affected as
required by the provisions of The Municipal Act;
ritYD ~EHE~ Council has received no objections from persons claiming
that their land would be prejudicially affected by the by-law;

the Township of Clarke described in Shedule "a" and forming part of

1. The ~~oad allowance between Lots 34 and 35 in the r"ifth Concession of
the `t'ownship of Clarke extending from the southerly limit of the said Fifth
concession to the northerly limit thereof;
2. The Road allowance between Lots 34 and 35 in the Ninth Concession of
the Townshi~o of Clarke extending from the southerly limit of the said Ninth
concession to the northerly limit thereof;
3. `t'he Road Allowance between the ighth and Ninth Concession of the
Township of Clarke extending from the present easterly limit Provincial
Highway No. 35 and 115 to the production southerly of the easterly limit
of Lot No. 23 in the said Ninth Concession;
4. Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 12 and 13 in the First
Concession of the Township of Clarke extending from the present southerly
boundary of Provincial Highwe~p No. 401 to the southerly boundary of the
said First Concession;
5. Part of the Hoad Allowance between Lots 28 and 29 in the Fourth
Concession of the Township of Clarke more particularly described as follows;

lying and being in the Township of Clarloe, County of Durham and Province of
Ontario being composed of part of the Road allowance lying between Lots 28
and 29 in the Fourth Concession of said 't'ownship and part of the said Lot 28,

Office for the Registry Division of the~'est Riding of the said County; THENCE
South 58 degrees Ol minutes East 7 feet 10 inches; THENCE South 62 degrees 18
