BY-LAW NO. 2010-005
Being a By-law to amend By-law 96-32, as amended,
to require the payment of fees to file an appeal to a
Property Standards Order
WHEREAS at the Council meeting held on November 23, 2009, the Council of the
Municipality of Clarington adopted the recommendations contained within Report
FND-032-09;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 96-32 be amended by adding a new Schedule "G" as attached.
2. That this By-law shall come into effect upon its passage.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 11~' day of January
2010.

Cost to file Appeal Property $100**
Standards Order
'* $50 to be refunded to Appellant following appearance before Appeal
Committee. Failure to appear for the Appeal will result in forfeiture of
entire fee amount.
