BY-LAW 2009-155
Being a by-law to Repeal By-law 2006-107, being a by-law to
authorize the use of vote by mail and automated vote counting
equipment at Municipal Elections
WHEREAS at its meeting held on October 26, 2009 council passed a resolutioin
to return to the polls for the 2010 municipal election and to conduct a manual
count of the ballots:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 2006-107 passed on May 15, 2006 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time this 9th day of November 2009.
