BY-LAW NO. 2009-139
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the
Green Community Advisory Committee
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Green
Community Advisory Committee through the adoption of Report PSD-055-07 on
May 14, 2007;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Cathrine McKeever be appointed to the Green Community Advisory Committee
for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council or until a successor is
appointed.
BY-LAW read a first time this Stn day of October, 2009.
BY-LAW read a second time this 5th day of October, 2009.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 5th day of October, 2009.
