That the Mayor and Municipal Clerk on behalf of the Municipality of Clarington are authorized to execute a transfer of Part 3 on Plan 40R-25884 to 564069 Ontario Inc. for the consideration of $35,000.00. By-law read a first and second time this 1st day of June, 2009. By-law read a third time and finally passed this 1st day of June, 2009. ..-- Deputy Clerk
