BY-LAW NO. 2009-071
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2007-038
to appoint Members to the Samuel Wilmot Nature Area
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Samuel
Wilmot Nature Area Management Advisory Committee through the adoption of
Report PD-064-98 on June 15, 1998;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Candy Davis-Storks be appointed to the Samuel Wilmot Nature Area
Management Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing
Council or until a successor is appointed.
BY-LAW read a first time this 15t day of June, 2009.
BY-LAW read a second time this 15~ day of June, 2009.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 1ST day of June, 2009.
