BY-LAW NUMBER 2009-070
being a by-law to authorize the execution on behalf of the Municipality
of Clarington of an Agreement with the Canadian National Railway.
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute on behalf of the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington and seal with the Corporation Seal, an Agreement
with the Canadian National Railway.
By-la~v read a first and second time this 1st day of June, 2009.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this ls` day of June, 2009.
