BY-LAW N0. 2009-061
being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk of the
Municipality of Clarington to execute a Host Community
Agreement with the Regional Municipality of Durham regarding an
Energy-From-Waste Facility
WHEREAS at its' special meeting on May 15, 2009, Council approved the
recommendations contained in Report #CAO-002-09 as amended by Addendum to
Report #CAO-002-09;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and Municipal Clerk on behalf of the Municipality of Clarington
are authorized to execute a Host Community Agreement with the Regional
Municipality of Durham which implements the intent of Report #CAO-002-09 as
amended by Addendum to Report #CAO-002-09.
By-law read a first and second time this 15th day of May, 2009.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 15th day of May, 2009.
