BY-LAW NO. 2009-039
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2007-024 to appoint Members to the
Accessibility Advisory Committee
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005,
municipalities with populations in excess of 10,000 are required to establish an
Accessibility Advisory Committee.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-law 2007-024 is amended by deleting the name of Darlene Matthews and inserting
the name of Cornelia Goodwin.
BY-LAW read a first time this24th day of March 2009
BY-LAW read a second time this 24th day of March 2009.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 24th day of March 2009.
