October 28th 1981
Minutes of a special meeting of Council
held on Wednesday, October 28th 1981,
at 8:30 a.m., in Court Room #2.
Present were:
Mayor Garnet B. Rickard
Councillor Ann Cowman
Councillor Diane Hamre
Councillor Marie Hubbard
Councillor Maurice Prout
Councillor Bruce Taylor
Councillor Edward R. Woodyard
Town Clerk, David W. Oakes
Administrator, D. N. Smith
Town Solicitor, David Sims
Also Present:
Resolution #C-1255-81
Moved by Councillor Prout, seconded by Councillor Taylor
THAT Council convene in "Committee of the Whole" to
receive and consider the Administrator's confidential
report Admin. 31-81, relating to personnel matters in
the Public Works Department.

Resolution #C-1256-81
Moved by Councillor Prout, seconded by Councillor Hamre
THAT the Administrator's confidential report Admin. 31-81
be received and considered "In Camera".
"CARRIED"
Resolution #C-1257-81
Moved by Councillor Hamre, seconded by Councillor Hubbard
THAT the recommendations contained in the
Administrator's report Admin. 31-81, "Confidential
Report" respecting personnel matters, Department
of Public Works, be approved.
"CARRIED"
At the conclusion of the meeting, all copies of the
Administrator's report Admin. 31-81, were returned
to Mr. Smith.
