Following the vote on the consideration of the
remaining recommendations contained in the
Administrator's report Admin. 26-81, His Worship
Mayor Rickard vacated the Chair for the purpose of
debating the issue on the floor.
Councillor Marie Hubbard assumed the Chair at 5:40 p.m.

THAT a special Council meeting be arranged to reconsider
recommendations 1, 2 and 3 of the Administrator's report,
min. 26-81, as soon as possible.
