BY-LAW NO. 2009 - 031
Being a By-law to Amend By-law 2007-039,
a By-law to Appoint Members to
the Clarington Traffic Management Advisory Committee
for the Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Clarington
Traffic Management Advisory Committee through the adoption of Report
WD-48-99 on December 13, 1999;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Alan Baylis be appointed to the Clarington Traffic Management
Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing
Council or until a successor is appointed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time this 2nd day of March 2009.
