BY-LAW 2008-209
Being a By-law to establish certain lands as public
highway, assume them for public use and name them.
The Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the following lands are hereby established as public highway,
assumed by the Corporation for public use and assigned the name set out
below:
Land Established as Public Highway Name
(a) Part of Block 142 on registered Plan 40M-1852 Longworth Avenue
Designated as Part 1 on Plan 40R-20151
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 8th day of December, 2008.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 8~' day of December, 2008.
