BY-LAW 2008-205
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2007-227,
the Municipality's Procedural By-law
WHEREAS at their meeting held on November 24, 2008, the Council of the
Municipality directed the Municipal Clerk to prepare an amendment to the
Municipality's Procedural By-law:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-law 2007-227 is amended as follows:
1. THAT the following new section 7.4.2 be added:
Time Limits
7.4.2 The presentations referenced in section 7.4.1 c) and e) above shall
be limited to ten (10) minutes in addition to the time taken by the
Members to ask questions of the Presenter and to receive answers
to such questions.
2. THAT section 7.4.2 be renumbered as section 7.4.3.
By-law read a first and second time this 8th day of December 2008.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 8th day of December 2008.
