BY-LAW 2001- 178
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58, as amended, being a
By-law to Regulate Traffic on Highways, Municipal and Private
Property in the Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby
enacts as follows:

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby
enacts as follows:
1) Schedule XV "THROUGH HIGHWAYS" of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) Deleting the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
Highway From To
Concession Street East limit of Liberty Street West limit of Darlington
East (Regional Road No.14) Clarke Townline (Durham
(Bowmanville) Regional Road No. 42)
And
B) Adding the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3

2) Schedule XVI "STOP SIGNS" of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) Adding the following reference(s):

Intersections Facing Traffic
Concession Street East Eastbound on Concession Street East

Concession Street East Westbound on Concession Street East
And Mearns Avenue ,
(Bowmanville)

3) This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date approved by the
Region of Durham and when signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 15'h day of October 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 15t�' day of October 2001.
