THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001-171
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58,as amended,being a By-law
to Regulate Traffic on Highways, Municipal and Private Property in
the Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it desirable to
amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby
enacts as follows:
1) Schedule II"NO PARKING"of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) Deleting the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4
Highway Side Between Prohibited(Time or Days)
Church Street Both Temperance Street Anytime
(Bowmanville) and Division Street
And
2) Schedule VII "PARKING METER ZONES ON HIGHWAYS" of By-law 91-58 is
amended by:
A) Adding the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4 Column 5 Column 6
Highw a Side Between Days &Hours Rate Maximum,
Permissible
Parking Hours
Church Street North& Temperance Street 09:00 to 18:00 50 Cents/ 2 hours
(Bowmanville) South and Division Street Monday to Friday 60 Minutes
Except Public
Holidays
3) Schedule IV"RESERVED ON-STREET PARKING"of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) Deleting the following reference:

And
B) Adding the following reference:

is amended by:

6) This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date approved by Council and
when signs to the effect are erected.
