BY-LAW NUMBER 2001-166
being a By-law to authorize the execution of a subdivision
agreement between the Municipality,the Owner of the
Lands within Draft Plan of Subdivision 1 ST-95026 and any
mortgagee of the Lands
WHEREAS draft Plan of Subdivision 18T-95026 was approved by Council at its meeting
on July 29, 1996 subject to conditions including a condition that a subdivision agreement
be made by the Owner with the Municipality.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the Municipality are authorized to
execute an agreement with Prestonvale Heights Limited,the Owner of the Lands
within draft Plan 18T-95026 and any mortgagee of the Lands pursuant to
subsection 51(25)of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990,c.P.13, as amended.
BY-LAW read a first time this 10`x'day of September,2001.
BY-LAW read a second time this IO h day of September,2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 1 O`h day of September, 2001.
