BY-LAW NUMBER 2001-165
being a By-law to repeal by-law No_2001-134 passed on
June 25, 2001
WHEREAS Council deems it expedient to repeal By-law No. 2001-134.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2001-134 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first time this 10'' day of September,2001.
BY-LAW read a second time this 10h day of September,2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this I e day of September,2001.
