BY-LAW NUMBER 2001-033
being a by-law to authorize entering into an Amendment
Agreement with 1319164 Ontario Limited, the Owners
of Plan of Subdivision 18T-88061 and any Mortgagee who
has an interest in the said lands, and the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington in respect of 18T-88061
WHEREAS, Council on December 14, 1998, approved draft plan of subdivision
18T-88061 and authorized the execution of a subdivision agreement with the Owner;
AND WHEREAS, Council on February 12, 2001, received a verbal report from the
Solicitor regarding this matter.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
hereby enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, and seal with the
Corporation's seal, an amendment agreement between 1319164 Ontario Limited,
the Owners of Plan of Subdivision 18T-88061.
By-law read a first and second time this 12th day of February, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 12th day of February, 2001.
