BY-LAW 2001- 030
being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement
between The Board of Management of the Clarke
Museum and Alexander(Sandy) Graham
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington, at their meeting held on
February 5, 2001, adopted the recommendations contained with Confidential
Report CS-04-01.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an
Agreement between The Board of Management of the Clarke Museum and
Alexander(Sandy) Graham.
By-law read a first and second time this 12th day of February, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 12`h day of February, 2001.
