THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001-024
Being a By-law to appoint Members of Council to Various Boards and
Committees in the Municipality of Clarington and to repeal
By-law 2001-017
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to appoint Members of Council to Various
Boards and Committees;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following appointments be made:
Councillor Charlie Trim - Tyrone Hall Board
Councillor Pat Pingle - Tyrone Hall Board
Councillor Jim Schell - Solina Hall Board
Councillor Jane Rowe - Solina Hall Board
Councillor Charlie Trim - Newcastle Community Hall Board
Councillor Gord Robinson - Newcastle Community Hall Board
Councillor Charlie Trim - Orono Arena Board
Councillor Gord Robinson - Orono Business Improvement Area
Councillor Charlie Trim - Newcastle Business Improvement Area
Councillor Jim Schell - Bowmanville Business Improvement Area
Councillor Jane Rowe - Friends of the Second Marsh
Councillor Jim Schell - Orono Forestry Lands Planning
Committee
Councillor Pat Pingle - Darlington Site Committee
Councillor Jim Schell - Clarington's Children's Advocate
Councillor Don MacArthur - Newcastle Arena Board
2. THAT By-law 2001-017 be repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 29' day of January, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 29`b day of January, 2001.
