That the minutes of the meeting, held on September 15, 2016, be approved.

2.Business Arising from Previous Meeting
Prior to starting with the regular flow of the Agenda, a brief discussion about the
election of a Chair took place. Given the small number of members present at the
meeting, it was suggested to hold the election of the Chair position at our next
meeting, which will allow for an opportunity to reach out to other active BIA
members.
Moved by C. Newman, seconded by D. Anderson
That the election for the position of Chair be held at the next meeting.
a)Status Update on Garbage Can Painting
C.Newman confirmed that three of the completed cans were on display at
Applefest. For the winter months, the cans will be tarped and stored at the
Operations depot, and save them for a spring launch around Clean up Week.
