THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001-014
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Property Standards Committee for the
Municipality of Clarington and to repeal By-law 98-11
WHEREAS Section 31 (11) of the Planning Act R.S.O., 1990; provides for the establishment
of a Property Standards Committee composed of such persons, not fewer than three;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed to the
Property Standards Committee for a term concurrent with the
term of the appointing Council or until a successor is
appointed:
Douglas F. Browning
Jack Julicher
Dana Kerr
Peter Wm. Reynolds
Ross James Vendrasco
2. THAT the remuneration be set in accordance with the budget
Allocations approved by Council for this purpose.
3. THAT By-law 98-11 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 15' day of January, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 15`'' day of January, 2001.
