THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001-013
Being a By-law to appoint Poundkeepers in the Municipality
of Clarington and to repeal By-law 98-5.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as Poundkeepers
in the Municipality of Clarington for a term concurrent with the term of the
appointing Council or until a successor is appointed:
James W. Hale
Danny Romano
2. THAT By-law 98-5 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 15' day of January, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 15'h day of January, 2001.
