BY-LAW 2001-012
Being a By-law to repeal Schedule "A" to By-law 98-2, being a by-law to amend By-
law 78-63 to establish the Orono Arena as a Community Centre in accordance with the
Community Recreation Centre Act, R.S.O., (1990) C.22 and to provide for the
establishment of a Community Centre Board.
WHEREAS THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON considers
it desirable to amend By-law 78-63, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT schedule "A" to By-law 98-2 be deleted in its entirety
and replaced with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part
of this By-law.
2. Schedule "A" to By-law #98-2 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 15' day of January, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 15' day of January, 2001.

THAT the following persons be appointed to the Orono Arena Community Board for a
term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council or until a successor is
appointed:
Tom Martin
Bert Reid
Councillor Charlie Trim
