SOUTH COURTICE EMPLOYMENT AREA - REPORT PD -106-93
(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the
zone category of a .47 hectare parcel of land
located in -Part of Lot 30, Concession 3, in the
former Township of Darlington from Agricultural (A)
to an appropriate zone or zones in order to permit
the creation of two (2) single family dwelling
lots and two (2) semi-detached/link lots in
addition to the existing single family dwelling.

zone category from "Service Station Commercial
(C6)" to an appropriate "Commercial" zone to
