THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001-004
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Clarington Traffic Management Committee
for the Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Clarington Traffic
Management Committee through the adoption of Report WD-48-99 on December 13, 1999;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Clarington Traffic Management
Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council or
until a successor is appointed:
Mark Lenters - Ward 1
Derek Plach - Ward 1
Glenn J. Wallis - Ward 2
Mark Wheatley - Ward 2
Allan Hewitt - Ward 3
Clayton M. Morgan - Ward 3
Kenneth A. Locke - Ward 4
Anthony J. Topley - Ward 4
Ron Radcliffe, Chair - Road Watch Committee
Councillor Charlie Trim
By-law read a first and second time this 15`" day of January, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 15' day of January, 2001.
