THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001-003
Being a By-law to amend By-law 79-67, as amended, to repeal By-law 98-9
and to appoint Members to the Bowmanville Museum Board
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it expedient to amend
By-law 79-67, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 79-67 be amended by adding the following wording thereto:
THAT the following persons be appointed to the Bowmanville Museum Board
for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council or until a
successor is appointed:
Jeff Brooks
Julie Cashin-Oster
Doreen Fletcher
Susan Laing - Friends' Representative
Wayne Marquis
Dianne McKenzie
Anthony Skinner
Tim Tufts
Councillor Charlie Trim
Councillor Don MacArthur
2. THAT By-law 98-9 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 15'h day of January, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 15"' day of January, 2001.
