THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001-001
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Abandoned Cemeteries Board for the
Municipality of Clarington and to repeal By-law 98-8
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established an Abandoned
Cemeteries Board through the adoption of Report CD-12-94 on March 28, 1994;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Abandoned Cemeteries
Board for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council or
until a successor is appointed:
Gordon Barrie
Robert Chater
Fred Griffin
Blair Smyth
Paul Vaneyk
Councillor Pat Pingle
2. THAT By-law 98-8 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 15' day of January, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 15"' day of January, 2001.
