BY-LAW 2000- 214
Being a By-law to authorize the execution of a Quit Claim Deed between Andrew
Glenn Johnson and the Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington, at their meeting held on
December 18, 2000, adopted the recommendations contained within Report
CD-60-00,
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Quit Claim
Deed between Andrew Glenn Johnson and the Muncipality of Clarington
for the property located at 86 East Beach Road.
By-law read a first and second time this 18th day of December, 2000.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 18th day of December 2000.
