BY-LAW 2000- 211
Being a by-law to lay out and establish certain lands and premises
within the Municipality of Clarington as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby
enacts as follows:
THAT the lands and premises set out below are hereby laid out and established as public
highways forming part of McFeeters Crescent:
Part of Lots 23, 24, 31 and 32,Block A, C.G. Hannings Plan of Part of Lot 8, Concession
1 (formerly the Town of Bowmanville),now in the Municipality of Clarington, Regional
Municipality of Durham, shown as Parts 17 and 18 on Plan 40R-19553
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 18th day of December 2000.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 18th day of December 2000.
