Mayor Rickard and Members of Council: -
The following is a report of a meeting of the Community Services Committee held
on Monday, September 20th, 1976-
1. Cream of Barley Mill
The Bowmanville Jaycees and the Visual Arts presented Briefs regarding the
use of the Cream of Barley Mill. The Briefs were acknowledged and referred
to Committee and Staff to take under advisement for further consideration to
help both groups.
2. Soper Creek Park Entrance
'he Director of Parks and Recreation was requested to investigate the Jaycees
proposal for an entrance to Soper Creek Park and report back to the Committee.
3. Complaint re By-law 76-40
The .letter dated August 23rd, 1976
76-40 was received for information.
