The meeting had been called to discuss the Budget
and convened at 2:30 p.m.
The Treasurer explained the fluctuation in the
Regional Levy from year to year. There was a
general discussion relative to the regional
portion of the levy.

THAT there be a 10 minute recess.

THAT the By-law to adopt the estimates for 1979
be lifted from the table.

THAT the Committee adopt the By-law as revised
on the Treasurer's report, presented on April 17,
1979, and it be forwarded to Council for
approval.
